Job description for Business Development Associate for Hong Kong Market at Glints
- Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationships with potential hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from Enterprise clients
- Cross selling various Glints’ products and services
- Collaborating with Sales Development Enterprise to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Collaborating with Sales Development Representative Lead to build systematic Enterprise engine to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Collaborating with the other sales team such as Client Success, Recruiter, Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth target.
- You will become a part of an exciting, fast-growing tech startup in Southeast Asia, poised to become the leader of the Edutech and HRTech space in the region.
- You will have a great influence on our business or the processes, and get the chance to work with a driven team, backed by experienced investors and advisors in the region.
- You will also be directly exposed to the fastest growing emerging markets in the region (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan etc.).

- Min. 1 years of working experience in B2B sales and/or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function

- Demonstrated track record of excellence in career
- Must have a positive attitude
- English is a must-have
- Experience in leading a team would be a plus
