JOB SUMMARY
This position works directly with executive leadership. This role support synthesizes commercial data into strategic insights, builds executive presentations, and supports decision-making for core growth initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Collect, analyze, and translate business metrics (sales pipeline, unit economics, market trends) into clear executive summaries.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, industry research, and financial modeling to identify new B2B growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs across departments and flag strategic bottlenecks or growth levers to leadership.
Pitch Decks & Executive Storytelling
- Design, write, and polish pitch decks and board presentation materials for external partners, investors, and internal strategy reviews.
- Distill complex operational data and financial models into simple, visually compelling, persuasive narratives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive summaries for the CEO to track business health and strategic milestones.
Strategic Execution & Special Projects
- Support the CEO in managing cross-functional initiatives and tracking deliverables across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Prepare briefing documents and research notes ahead of key external partner meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related from reputable university
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Mastery of PowerPoint or Google Slides, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, slide layout, and strategic narrative structure.
- Understanding of core B2B business metrics, unit economics, and growth strategy concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize complex ideas succinctly for executive consumption.
- Attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Prior internship experience in management consulting, venture capital, startup operations, or investment banking is a strong plus.
