We're looking for a driven and proactive Business Development/Sales professional to help expand our partnerships, build strong client relationships, and support our growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Minimum English Proficiency B1 (active spoken & written)
- Mandarin proficiency preferred (min. HSK 4) with active fluent communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target and result oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with clients/partners
- Develop and execute strategies to support business growth
- Maintain and manage business relationships with clients/partners
- Conduct market trend analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the implementation of business strategies
