BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES CONSULTANT
Role Overview:
We are looking for a communicative, adaptable, and highly networked individual to represent our company in introducing software related to hospitality. This role goes beyond conventional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Consultative Outreach: Proactively approach decision-makers in the hospitality industry (General Managers, Owners, or Operations) to introduce the Software system solution.
● Solution Pitching: Explain the added value and benefits of the Software system using a flexible, educational, and consultative communication style (non-aggressive).
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners (ecosystem building) to ensure sustainable collaboration.
● Strategic Reporting: Map market potential, provide field insights regarding hotel operational challenges, and deliver feedback to the internal team for system improvement.
● Conversion & Adoption: Guide the system adoption process from the introduction stage until the hotel integrates the system into their operations.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills (highly adaptable and comfortable talking to people from all backgrounds).
● High self-confidence to meet directly with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
● Strong interest in networking, hospitality, and tech solutions (Cloud Managed Service).
● A degree in hospitality is not mandatory, a foundational understanding of hospitality/business operational management is a plus.
● Target-oriented yet committed to a professional, consultative approach.
● Capable both to speak and write in english
