About ChaTea
ChaTea creates premium tea-led experiences for hospitality, wellness, events, retreats, and communities. We use tea as a tool for connection, guest experience, and meaningful networking.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help grow ChaTea’s presence across Bali’s hospitality, wellness, and events industries.
Role Overview
You will help ChaTea find new business opportunities, build partnerships, approach venues, support sales conversations, and represent the brand at selected meetings and networking events.
You will work closely with ChaTea founder Gil Petersil.
Responsibilities
- Approach hotels, resorts, retreat centers, wellness spaces, and event organizers
- Generate new business and partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Support sales conversations and follow-ups
- Join selected meetings with Gil Petersil
- Attend networking events and represent ChaTea
- Track outreach, conversations, and next steps
You Are
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Experienced in sales, hospitality, partnerships, events, or business development
- Methodical in outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Based in Bali
- Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Location & Schedule
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time
This role requires being present in Bali for meetings, venue visits, and selected events.
