We are currently hiring multiple roles within our Commercial team, specifically for Business Development (Hunter Sales) and Partnership (Strategic & Relationship) functions.
This is not a combined role — we are looking for separate individuals for each focus area.
Role Focus:
1. Business Development (Hunter Sales)
Focus on acquiring new clients and generating revenue
Conduct active outreach, prospecting, and cold approach
Lead pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Own sales targets and drive business growth through new accounts
2. Partnership Specialist (Strategic & Relationship)
Focus on building and managing strategic partnerships
Identify, initiate, and develop collaboration opportunities
Maintain and grow existing partnerships for long-term value
Ensure smooth execution and alignment with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership
- For BD: Strong hunter mindset & proven track record in closing deals
- For Partnership: Strong relationship management & stakeholder handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
