Responsibilities
● Researching potential partners, resellers, consignment stores, events, communities, and collaboration opportunities.
● Assisting with partner outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
● Supporting day-to-day coordination with existing and potential partners.
● Assisting with reseller and consignment activities, including sales reports and partner follow-ups.
● Researching relevant events, bazaars, and new business opportunities.
● Supporting partnership projects and ensuring tasks are followed up according to timelines.
● Helping prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials.
● Maintaining BD trackers, databases, and partnership documents.
● Assisting with project coordination and weekly/monthly reporting.
● Supporting other BD initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
● Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
● Interested in Business Development, Partnership, Project Management, and the Beauty/Makeup Industry .
● Organized, proactive, and responsible.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable with research, coordination, and follow-ups.
● Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Willing to learn and take initiative.
● Previous internship, organization, or project experience is a plus—but not required.
