- The Business Development Officer is responsible for overseeing and growing the performance of e-commerce platforms (esp Tiktok Shop).
- This role serves as the main liaison between internal teams and platform partners, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer experience.
- The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proven account management experience, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth in a competitive online retail environment.
Requirements :
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Able to communicate, read, and write fluently in English
- Preferably able to communicate, read, and write fluently in Chinese
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address needs and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, creating tailored proposals that meet client goals while driving revenue.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to recommend actionable insights for sales growth and performance optimization.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to achieve revenue targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
