We are currently partnering with a leading renewable energy company that is expanding its presence across Indonesia. We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to drive business growth in both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-Scale Solar PV projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, sales pipeline, and customer database.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, RFP submissions, and contract documentation.
- Conduct market research on renewable energy trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Identify potential leads and support lead qualification activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project milestones and support internal reporting.
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Support the organization of exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client visits.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Project Coordination, or Administration.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
