Job Description
- Increase the visibility and strengthen the market positioning of BSM Rental Surabaya in the B2B segment.
- Develop collaboration programs and identify new revenue opportunities with B2B clients.
- Manage partnerships with external parties, including agencies and sponsors.
- Maintain and manage the client database while building long-term relationships to encourage repeat orders.
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to support branding and sales activities.
- Evaluate and develop strategies for all external and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience in building B2B partnerships, analyzing client needs, and developing sales strategies.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with CRM systems.
- Proactive, able to multitask, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
