Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks within the respective department
- Assist in data entry, document management, and report preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Participate in projects, audits, or site activities based on assigned division
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Management, Law, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant work experience Min. GPA 3.00/4.00 (preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for Finance/Accounting roles)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using AI tools
