Job description for BUSINESS ASSISTANT at PT MOE FAST RETAILING

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams & external partners for daily business operations.
⁠Maintain databases, accurate tracking, reports, and business data.
Support campaign execution and other daily business projects
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

Requirements :

1+ year experience in e-commerce, marketing, operations, affiliate, or similar roles
Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, KOL/creator management, or fashion is a plus
