Business Application Analyst

Ensure efficient deployment and support of standard ERP Applications(COMP@SS) and Interfacing Systems

• Assist with business specification and design of Physical Flow (Inbound, production, outbound) - SAP MM/SD

• Interfacing knowledge with all other modules including FI/CO

• Assist to deploy new functional development design, testing and implementation

• Effectively collaborate with key business users for Sales, Purchase and logistics

• Actively come up with continuous improvement ideas and implement them

• Lead and implement group standard comp@ss functionalities in site

• Interface with Business application analysts of SSC to sort out the issues in site

• Ensure standard procedures are in place

• Provide on-site user support on SAP COMP@SS Functionalities

• Collaborate with end user / Key user and with SSC team to sortout the issues in site

• Implement and maintain BCP plan in site

• Perform analysis to sort out the business issues to carry out the site business processes

• Provide Level 1 support for Comp@ss and subsystem applications including (ePROC,

EDI/WebEDI,PUMA, etc.,)

• Create and maintain proper documentation of SAP system operations

• Provide Training to end-users on SAP utilisation of new functionalities

• Work closely with SAP Business teams (SS/Site Functional & Process stakeholders and External vendors if required)

• Perform testing and lead testing for the development activities

Required Experiences :

• Atleast 3+ years of SAP tickets handling / Level1 support

• Atleast 3+ years of SAP rollout project implementation experience

• Atleast 3+ years of SD & MM support knowledge in Production environment

• Atleast 3~5 years of work experience in manufacturing industry background is preferred

• Atleast 3+ years of Functional knowledge of MM & SD is required
