Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Head of Business Development, Product Manager, Head of Product, or in a Business & Product leadership role within a technology company, fintech, payment gateway, or a related industry
- Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Product Development
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and evaluating the performance of Business & Product teams
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), from planning through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, product strategies, and market expansion initiatives
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Experienced in collaborating with Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Results oriented with a strong focus on innovation, target achievement, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Business & Product Division and be accountable for achieving business targets and driving the company's product development initiatives
- Develop and execute Business & Product strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives
- Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and the company's strategic direction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage Product Owners and Business & Product team members to achieve departmental KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure products are developed in accordance with business requirements and regulatory standards
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, business activities, and market trends, while developing continuous improvement strategies
- Manage the Business & Product Division's budget, work plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, product progress, and divisional achievements to the Board of Directors
- Serve as the key strategic decision maker for product development initiatives and business growth opportunities
