Job description for Business & Operations Staff at PT Sinergi Chemtech Nusantara
PT Sinergi Chemtech Nusantara (SCN) is looking for an experienced and highly driven Business & Operations Staff to support our growing fertilizer business. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from production, supplier coordination, logistics, and delivery to customers, while also supporting SCN's business development and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production and delivery processes from manufacturing partners to customers.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
- Ensure product quality, quantity, and delivery schedules are met.
- Manage logistics and resolve operational issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Support commercial negotiations and customer acquisition.
- Provide regular operational and business performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fertilizer, chemicals, agriculture, mining supply, commodity trading, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of production, supply chain, logistics, and B2B business.
- Good network and relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, plantations, mining companies, or industrial customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work independently and willing to travel when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
