Menganalisis performa divisi dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada Owner.
Memantau operasional dan menyelesaikan kendala lintas divisi.
Mengevaluasi komunikasi & follow-up Sales Online untuk mencapai target.
Menganalisis performa keuangan & profitability project sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.
Mengembangkan network & partnership di bidang architecture, interior & construction.
Mengidentifikasi peluang project untuk meningkatkan revenue & profitability.
Mengontrol project, timeline, cost, margin, quality & client relationship.
