Job description for Business Analytics Specialist at PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi
Responsibility:
- Perform data adjustments and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Conduct vendor screening checks and analyze vendor rates.
- Ensure database completeness and perform regular data checks across operations, sales, and finance.
- Participate in bi-weekly syncs to align on data structure and system enhancements.
- Conduct monthly closing of data to support financial and operational reporting.
Requirement:
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree from any major in a reputable university.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst or in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, and business intelligence software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing business process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
