Job Descriptions

Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Documentation: Documenting requirements, business processes, and technical specifications in a clear and comprehensive manner to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Solution Design: Make and update High Level Design (HLD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and Product Requirement Document (PRD).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant fields
Strong in analytical and critical thinking
Have experience in creating reports and giving presentations
Have experience in Business analysis in application/system (would be a plus point)
Have experience in technical writing
