Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Business Analyst.
General Insurance background (preferred).
Dapat berkomunikasi dengan user / Bisnis Owner dengan baik.
Pernah handle project (not only enhancement).
Pernah terlibat di project Core System.
Dokumentasi (BRS/BRD/FSD).
Gather details requirement with user.
Familiar with system CARE (CGISS/CHISS.
