Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, System Information with GPA above 3.0
- Conceptual thinking, detail oriented, and growth mindset
- Strong presentation and communications skills to deliver finding and recommendations
- Technical IT and general business knowledge to locate business problems and potential solutions
Job Description :
- Identification, analysis and development of business client requirements
- Provide recommendations to the development of processes and tools across departments
- Collect feedback from stakeholders to identity potential improvements in the information technology context

PT. Andal Software Sejahtera was introduced in 1988, our product is Andal PayMaster, a software package for HR, Payroll, Income Tax and Attendance for Indonesian Market. We are currently has more than 500 customers ranging from Services companies, Manufacturing, Financial institution and Hospitality industries.
