Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting, including Antasena, SLIK, SCV, and APOLO.
- Familiar with ETL/ELT concepts and data integration processes.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Experience in data reporting, data mapping, and data analysis.
- Understanding of SDLC phases: Requirements Gathering, Development, Testing, and Deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through business process analysis.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
- Support banking system implementation, including data consolidation and regulatory reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform data mapping, data validation, and business impact analysis.
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
