Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes with practical knowledge of warehouse
operations (e.g., receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Experience working with supply chain systems and surrounding enterprise applications, such
as WMS and ERP.
• Business process modeling and documentation (i.e., BPMN, UML, flowcharts, swimlane
diagrams).
• Requirements management and agile methodologies (e.g., utilization of Scrum, Kanban, Jira,
Confluence, etc.).
• Data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and data flows between enterprise systems.
• Understanding of KPIs and metrics in supply chain (e.g., service level, inventory control, lead
time, cost-to-serve)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Agile, or similar) is a
plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured thinking and documentation discipline
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Experience:
• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role
Experience supporting at least one WMS implementation lifecycle is strongly preferr
