WE’RE HIRING

BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description

- Develop sales targets and forecasts for department store counters and showrooms.

- Uncover growth opportunities and recommend ways to improve store performance, promotions, and profitability.

- Translate demand forecasts into production, product mix, and repeat-order recommendations

- Improve stock allocation and replenishment to capture sales opportunities and reduce aging inventory.

- Build dashboards, recommend actions, and partner with teams to measure results.

Qualifications

- 3+ years in Business Analytics, Retail Analytics, Merchandise Planning, or Demand Planning.

- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of sales, margins, inventory, and production lead times.

- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or SQL is a plus.

- Curiosity, initiative, and confidence in solving complex business problems.

- Fashion or retail experience preferred.
