Qualifications :
- Minimum Education S1 Accounting, IT, System Informatics, Mathematics, or related major.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Data Analyst.
- Experience in Fashion Retail will be concern.
- Good knowledge about Data Analysis & Marketing Intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Quickly adapt to the work environment.
- Good & creative personality in sales strategy.
- Skilled at creating efficient reporting tools to support effective business decision making at all levels of the sales force.
- Proven ability to deliver recommendations in a way that drives company-wide continuous improvement.
- Have an executive presentation skills.
- Willing to be place at Bandung.
Main Responsibilities:
- Tracking & monitoring profitability, cabinet productivity & sales force productivity.
- Sales performance monitoring.
- Drives continuous improvement, operational disciplines & follow up the corrective actions identified. Develop process and reporting for tracking and monitoring purpose.
- Collects data from sales reports.
- Closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
- Creates productivity and profitability evaluation reports.
- Suggests recommendation to sales operational strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Actively involve in data management, change management & process development, territory management & sales force capability.
