Job Description

1. Bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan solusi yang tepat dan efektif sesuai dengan

goals dan objective

2. Bertanggung jawab sebagai perantara antara business problems dan technology

solutions

3. Melakukan gap analysis dengan memahami kebutuhan bisnis dan menciptakan

technology solutions

4. Berkolaborasi dengan tim Application Development untuk memberikan solusi yang

tepat dan lengkap

5. Analisa dan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap perbaikan pada proses bisnis

6. Membuat dan menjalankan rencana pengujian SIT dan kasus pengujian

7. Mendukung UAT, pelatihan dan kegiatan implementasi untuk memastikan

implementasi berjalan lancar

8. Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko yang terjadi dan proaktif menginformasikan kepada

stakeholder

9. Mengidentifikasi potensi permasalahan atau risiko serta proaktif menyampaikan

praktik terbaik dalam manajemen risiko

10. Bekerja dengan semua anggota proyek

11. Membuat dokumen Business Requirement Document (BRD) dan sign-off, Business

Case Document dan User Acceptance Test (UAT)
