Job Description:
- Collect, process, and analyze business data from various divisions to generate accurate insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that are easily understood by management.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Evaluate existing business processes and propose strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and document business needs to support the development of new systems or processes.
- Monitor company KPIs and analyze business target achievements.
- Supports the management decision-making process through comprehensive and objective data analysis.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence specialist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Queries, Lookups, and Data Analysis).
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey analysis results to stakeholders at various levels.
- Meticulous, highly inquisitive, and capable of working towards targets and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an added value.
