Job description for Business Analyst at PT Dwika Metalindo Sejahtera
Position Purpose
Analyze financial, supply chain, and fabrication data to support management decision-making, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Data & Cost Analysis
Separate and organize financial data for SONNE and Dwika.
Analyze and allocate costs by business, project, product, and category.
Identify cost discrepancies and ensure data traceability.
2. Import Document Checking
Check import documents for completeness and consistency.
Cross-check import documents against invoices, purchasing records, and payment records.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate follow-up with Purchasing and Accounting.
3. Supply Chain Analysis
Analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and material usage.
Monitor stock availability and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct inventory and replenishment analysis to determine purchasing needs and timing.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Operations to align inventory with demand.
4. Business Reporting & Fabrication Control
Prepare regular business, cost, and operational reports.
Check fabrication cutting lists against approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, and material requirements.
Identify discrepancies in cutting lists and coordinate corrections with the relevant teams before fabrication.
Monitor material usage and identify potential waste or discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience in cost control, import documentation, inventory analysis, manufacturing, or fabrication is preferred.
