Job description for Business Analyst at Vesperia Global Merdeka

Jobdesc:

1. Able to analyze business models dan projects to determine loopholes dan area that need development and also upgrade

2. Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication

3. Analyze the vision and scope of new projects, services, and software

4. Stay up to date with latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new project and services

5. Make presentation and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements

6. Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders

7. Assisting in the development, test plan, and test script

8. Managing requirements and helping troubleshoot minor problems

Requirements:

1. Computer science or information system graduate

2. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

3. Good Technical writing skill (fluent with Microsoft office)

4. Active listening

5. Result driven thinking

6. Have Experience minimal 2 year in IT industry (preferred)

7. Understanding UX is a plus

8. Have good business understanding
