b. Job Descriptions
i. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
ii. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
iii. Performing requirements analysis
iv. Documenting and communicating Requirements, Analysis & User Acceptance Test
v. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
vi. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
vii. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
viii. Performing user acceptance testing
ix. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
x. Maintain a competitive market knowledge
c. Requirements
i. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
ii. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis in Multifinance Industries
iii. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
iv. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
v. Excellent documentation skills.
vi. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
vii. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
viii. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
ix. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
