Job Description
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Azure DevOps) to track incidents, change requests, and project tasks.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and other project documentation.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, validating test results, and ensuring business requirements are met.
Conduct requirement validation sessions and support change management throughout project implementation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Job Requirements
Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO) at Pulomas Office, Jakarta.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including requirement gathering, documentation, validation, and solution analysis.
Experience in incident management, issue analysis, and root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Freshdesk, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong experience in creating business documentation, including:
Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Functional Specification Document (FSD)
User Stories
Process Flow / Business Process Mapping
Use Cases
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Able to create, review, and validate test scenarios and test results together with QA/Testers and business users.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experienced working with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, Project Manager, Developers, QA, and Business Users).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
