What You Will Do
- MCorp division is responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, identifying business opportunities, and developing actionable insights to support organizational decision-making and client projects.
- The role bridges research, learning, and advisory functions by transforming information into strategic recommendations, business solutions, learning content, and improvement initiatives that create measurable value for stakeholders
- Conduct market, industry, customer, and organizational research to identify trends, challenges, opportunities, and stakeholder needs. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights, recommendations, and knowledge products.
- Translate research findings and business insights into training programs, learning materials, workshops, facilitation guides, and capability development solutions.
- Transforming insights into training programs, workshops, learning materials, and capability development initiatives
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related disciplines with strong analytical capabilities.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in learning & training projects, consulting, research, & data analysis is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to transform data and information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and the ability to adapt quickly across diverse industries and business challenges.
- Willing to work full WFO from MarkPlus Surabaya and available to join ASAP
