Synapsis.id was founded in 2019 when the demands of “Indonesian  made” Internet of Things devices is high and there were very few  companies that able to fulfill the requirement to provide an end-to-end  IoT solution in Indonesia.

Synapsis is taken from the word “synapse”, which are vital  structures that connect every neuron in the human body and allow cells  to send electrical or chemical signals to other target neurons. as our  motto to connect everything. We want to help our partners to be  connected to the solution through synapsis.id framework.

The synapsis.id logo consists of two symbols that have identical  shapes, light blue and dark blue which can be interpreted as needs and  solutions. Each symbol of light blue and dark blue is identical, but it  would not be compatible without the letter S bridge in the middle which  symbolizes that synapsis.id is a bridge to unite the two symbols.

Synapsis.id are registered as PT. Synapsis Sinergi Digital that aims  to support our partners in solving their problems in efficient and  effective way using advanced and reliable Internet of Things solutions.  To achieve our visions, we provide end-to-end services from analysing,  designing, prototyping, manufacturing, and installing the integrated IoT  solutions. We are experienced in developing IoT systems. Our IoT  systems have been deployed to solve the problems in offices, cities, and  also rural villages (3T: Tertinggal, Terdepan, dan Terluar) in  Indonesia.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA tester, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Assist in the development of business cases, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.

Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions.

Participate in meetings with various teams including business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, enhancements, or system upgrades. 

Assist in create clear and concise documentation such as business requirements documents, workflows, process flow diagrams, user manuals, etc.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Undergraduate students, Diploma students, or Fresh Graduate from IT or other related majors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to create technical software documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRD).

Ability to create workflow diagrams, use cases, and business process models.

Understand with business process modeling tools and project management software (Jira) is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
