Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Good attitude, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fast learner and self-starter, able to work independently and proactively.
- Experienced in preparing BRD, HSD, and TSD or similar business/technical documentation.
- Able to create business process flows, BPMN, swimlane diagrams, charts, tables, and data visualizations.
- Familiar with task management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the Mining industry/business is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate user business processes from proposed ideas and identify problems or improvement opportunities.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their goals, needs, and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain BRD, HSD, TSD, business success criteria, and role definitions.
- Develop business process flows, charts, tables, graphs, and other data visualization to support analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with users and relevant teams during the implementation of business/process changes.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Team to gather feedback and assess product adoption.
- Evaluate and quantify the actual business benefits and adoption rate after implementation.
- Conduct and facilitate meetings and discussions with clients/stakeholders.
- Support other departments within Digital & Technology as required.
