Job Description:
- Collect, clean, analyze, and maintain business data and databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Analyze business performance metrics, including sales, revenue, margins, channels, and customer data, to support business evaluations.
- Utilize digital and AI-powered tools to improve data processing, research, reporting, and workflow automation while validating results.
- Maintain project trackers, monitor timelines and deliverables, and follow up on action items across departments.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, dashboards, presentations, and periodic reports to support decision-making.
- Support business case development through data collection and preliminary analysis, while coordinating with stakeholders and documenting meeting outcomes and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including spreadsheet formulas, data cleaning, and data organization.
- Familiar with business analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking, and basic business performance metrics.
- Comfortable using digital and AI-powered tools to support research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative efficiency.
- Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to coordinate across teams, work independently, and respond well to feedback.
