Job description for Business Administrator - Document Controller at Mazars Indonesia
- Preparation of all correspondence required including engagement letters, invoices, reports, articles, and proposals, in accordance with established templates
- Formatting of documents such as engagement letters, proposals, and collations
- Ensure engagements are registered and rolled forward on a timeous basis in Mazars system.
- Coordination and processing of the billing function for clients, in line with standards and templates for billing
- Coordination of signatures, lodgement process, database updates, maintaining filing systems
- Assistance with maintain of template letters and presentations, including update of letters based on changes according to Mazars Group.
- Updating, archiving and maintain the of accurate physical and electronic data within various software platforms.
- Maintain of client information with practice systems, including email and address details.
- Provide the lead Partner with administrative support: diary management, correspondence, arranging client meetings, greeting clients and undertaking project work
- Any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Fiscal Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a professional services firm preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism
- Good vocabulary and command of English is a must
