Business Acquisition Executive (BAE)
The Role:
We are not looking for an Account Executive to babysit existing accounts. We need a hunter. If you thrive on opening new doors, building B2B pipelines, and closing deals for a creative agency, this is your playground.
Your Objectives:
- Acquisition: Proactively scout, pitch, and win net-new clients.
- Networking: Leverage your existing connections and aggressively hunt for new business opportunities.
- Closing: Drive the negotiation process from the first contact to the final signature.
- Client Relations: Build foundational trust with new clients before handing over the daily operations to our internal team and execute.
Your Arsenal:
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the marketing, advertising, or creative agency industry.
- A proven, quantifiable track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue.
- Sharp understanding of agency dynamics and what brands actually want.
- Rational, resilient, and purely target-driven.
