End-to-End Building Permit Specialist
Location: Office-based, Semarang
Salary: Starting from IDR 4,000,000/month
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building permits / licensing
- Experienced in handling end-to-end construction permits, including:
- PBG (Building Approval)
- SLF (Certificate of Function Worthiness)
- AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment)
- Fire safety permits and other related certifications
- Able to coordinate with local government authorities to ensure compliance and smooth approval processes
- Based in Semarang or willing to relocate and stay long-term
Note: Candidates with long-term commitment are preferred.
