Kualifikasi :

- Pria, Maks 35 Tahun, domisili Jakarta

- Min Pendidikan SMK Teknik Kelistrikan/Pemesinan/sejenis

- Memilki pemahaman terkait maintenance gedung, kelistrikan dan maintenance elektronik

- Memiliki Pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang General Affair, Teknisi maintenance, Perawatan gedung, dll

- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office & Memilki komunkasi yang baik

- Sehat Jasmani & Rohani

- Bersedia bergabung secepatnya

- Diutamakan memiliki SIM A & C

Penempatan : Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat

Deskripsi Kerja :

- Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap fasilitas gedung dan area kerja perusahaan

- Melakukan perbaikan minor terhadap fasilitas kantor, khususnya terkait electrical, lampu, instalasi ringan, dan peralatan pendukung operasional lainnya

- Melakukan koordinasi dan pendampingan vendor dalam pekerjaan maintenance maupun perbaikan fasilitas gedung

- Melakukan tindakan awal (troubleshooting) terhadap kendala teknis fasilitas gedung sebelum dilakukan eskalasi ke vendor

- Membantu pelaksanaan kebutuhan operasional umum perusahaan sesuai arahan atasan
