Job Description
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of building facilities
- Inspect and maintain MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (low & medium voltage)
- Handle plumbing installation & repairs
- Assist with minor civil works when needed
- Work across multiple locations and prepare basic reports
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in building maintenance / MEP
- Understand MEP systems and electrical (LV & MV)
- Familiar with plumbing and basic civil work
- Able to use technical tools
- Willing to work mobile
- Own motorcycle & valid driving license
