Job description for Building Engineer / Engneering Staff at UnionSPACE

Job Responsibilities:

- Memahami dan memelihara sistem kelistrikan gedung

- Memastikan distribusi listrik, panel MCB, genset, dan sistem grounding berfungsi optimal.

- Melakukan troubleshooting gangguan listrik dan perbaikan

- Memahami prinsip kerja sistem pendingin ruangan (AC sentral, split, chiller, cooling tower)

- Melakukan perawatan rutin pada unit HVAC

- Melakukan inspeksi rutin fasilitas gedung.

- Membuat laporan kondisi peralatan dan rekomendasi perbaikan

- Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas.

- Responsif terhadap laporan kerusakan atau darurat teknis
