Job description for brow and lash master at Forme Nail & Beauty Space
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lashes & Brow Master to join our salon team in Tanah Barak, Canggu.
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, has strong technical skills in lashes and brows, pays close attention to detail, and is able to provide high-quality services with excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash and brow treatments according to salon standards.
- Provide high-quality and consistent results for every client.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of the working area and tools.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
- Maintain good communication and teamwork with other salon staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lash Master.
- Strong experience and proven skills in:
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lamination
- Lash Extensions
- Brow Shaping — threading and/or waxing (experience in either one is acceptable)
- Good attention to detail and ability to create clean, precise, and natural-looking results.
- Professional, responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Previous experience working in a Russian salon or with Russian clientele is a strong advantage.
- Available to start immediately / as soon as possible.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rp300.000 per working day
- 10% commission
- Full-time position
- 6 working days per week with 1 day off
- Work in a salon located in Tanah Barak, Canggu
