Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative design or a similar role.
- Experience in the packaging, printing, branding, advertising, or creative agency industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of technical artwork preparation and printing production files.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
Job Description
- Develop creative concepts to support the company's branding and marketing initiatives.
- Establish and maintain creative guidelines and visual standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure all artworks and visual materials are production-ready and meet required specifications.
- Review and approve final artworks before publication or production.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to execute visual campaigns effectively.
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all visual campaign deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline.
- Manage the creative team's workload to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct briefings, provide direction, and review design outputs to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure design files comply with production requirements and printing machine specifications.
- Minimize design revisions and production errors through effective quality control processes.
