As a Branding & PR Specialist at ScaleOcean, you will play a key role in shaping the company's public image and managing relationships with both the media and our clients. You will be responsible for executing branding strategies, overseeing public relations campaigns, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, you will plan and organize events, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance ScaleOcean's visibility in the ERP industry and further establish its reputation as a trusted solution provider. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in branding, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and event coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in planning and executing PR campaigns and events.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Proficiency in content creation and managing press relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Daily Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute press releases, articles, and content to promote ScaleOcean’s brand.
- Manage media inquiries, build relationships with journalists, and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate regularly with clients to maintain positive relationships and handle any issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align PR efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Organize and assist in managing client events, partnerships, and collaborations.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly PR campaigns, including press releases, content marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of key events (e.g., webinars, conferences, workshops) to increase brand visibility and client interaction.
- Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations that align with ScaleOcean’s brand objectives.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of branding and PR campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a report on media coverage, event success, and client engagement metrics.
- Work closely with senior management to align on upcoming collaborations, events, and PR strategy.
