About the job:
As our Luxor Hijab Brand Manager, you will be the visionary leader and business owner fully responsible for driving market dominance, brand equity, and commercial success of our printed viscose scarf lineup - owning the brand P&L, product lifecycle, and marketing strategy to craft a deeply loved, culturally relevant Gen-Z Muslim fashion brand.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the annual and monthly brand strategy, commercial roadmap, and marketing calendar
-Manage the brand P&L - optimizing marketing budget, pricing structure, and product margins
-Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for every new launch
-Drive multi-channel campaigns across digital marketplaces, TikTok, and offline retail activations
-Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor moves to spot new opportunities
-Align stock availability with promotional pushes, working closely with inventory and live-selling teams
-Set brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints
-Set and report brand health & sales KPIs directly to the Founder
Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
-3-5 years in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Category Management within the Muslim Fashion industry
-Proven track record launching products and scaling brand revenue in Indonesia's digital landscape
-Deep commercial acumen - managing marketing budgets, pricing, and growth metrics
-Exceptional leadership, able to coordinate cross-functional creative and operational teams
-Visionary, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
