What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing marketing teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy and hands-on campaign execution
- Experience in a growth marketing or marketing agency environment is preferred.
- Proven experience developing and managing brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and brand architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics, ROI, and KPI performance.
What you'll contribute on:
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Digital Marketing and Social Media teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Translate brand strategy into quarterly marketing campaigns and KPI-driven execution plans.
- Develop and evolve Kurosim's brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and brand architecture.
- Ensure brand consistency across app, e-commerce, and content channels
- Create and execute high-impact strategic and creative initiatives while providing hands-on leadership to the team
