Job description for Brand Relation Officer at PT. Kopi Kina Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including media, influencers, brand collaborators, and relevant communities.
- Identify and initiate strategic brand partnership opportunities to support brand awareness, campaigns, and business growth.
- Coordinate and execute partnership activities such as brand activations, co-branding events, sponsorships, and product collaborations.
- Serve as the main liaison between the brand and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of brand messaging.
- Monitor brand perception in public channels and gather feedback to support brand development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding across all external initiatives.
- Represent the brand at events, media briefings, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on brand partnership activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry insights to identify new branding opportunities.
- Manage communication materials for partnerships including proposals, media kits, and presentation decks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in brand relations, PR, partnerships, or related roles—preferably in the F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
- Strong in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.
- Able to represent brand values with professionalism across all platforms and interactions.
- Experienced in supporting and executing campaigns with marketing, PR, and creative teams.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented in managing multiple partnerships and tasks.
- Proficient in social media engagement (Instagram, TikTok, Google Business) and basic contract handling.
- Analytical in tracking partnership performance and reporting insights clearly.
