Job description for Brand Marketing at Happyfit Indonesia
Happyfit Indonesia is looking for a Brand Marketing talent who’s strong in execution and passionate about building impactful brand moments through campaigns, partnerships, and creative initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure smooth execution across teams
- Plan and execute brand events and activations (launches, pop-ups, community gatherings)
- Manage KOL & influencer collaborations — sourcing, outreach, briefing, scheduling, deliverables, and recaps
- Build and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations
- Manage vendors and production for marketing materials (signage, event setup, gifts, etc.)
- Support brand storytelling through creative initiatives and brand moments
- Ensure all executions align with the brand’s identity and long-term vision
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3+ years experience in brand marketing, events, partnerships, or influencer marketing (fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing timelines and deliverables
- Strong communicator who is comfortable coordinating with partners, vendors, and KOLs
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and aesthetics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Willing to relocate to PIK2 in 2027
