Job description for Brand Marketing Strategist at Manna Indo Lakta (MamaBear)
Requirement :
- 1 years+ of experience in digital ad agency / social media agency/mobile advertising
- A strong strategic planning and creative experience and demonstrated track record of bringing ideas generation
- Passion for research and deep-diving into business analytics
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors in the market
- Identify opportunities and challenges affecting the brand.
- Establish the brand's core values and Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs that align with brand goals.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to form more effective strategies.
- Define, create, and manage marketng campaign across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
- Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic
- Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
- Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
