Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Act as a key decision maker for marketing initiatives and brand development.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Plan and evaluate online & offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing and business decision making.
• Preferably from Agency, FMCG, Retail, or high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
