Job description for Brand Manager at Brofrank
- Responsible for ensuring that all product, services, product lines under the brand resonate with current and potential customers
- Responsible for developing and testing concepts with consumers to gauge their response and acceptance
- Work closely and liaise with other departments such as marketing communication, finance, sales, adn product development to ensure that every aspect of the brand strategy is on target
- Coordinate with various marketing agencies to ensure they understand the brand goals and guidelines for each marketing process
- Able to utilize market research and monitor market trends and have an understanding of the target market and also potential target markets
- Helps provide input into future activities as well as feeds into helping support company strategy and direction, as well as providing analysis on brand activities
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry. At least 5 years of experience in the same role.
- Passionate towards the beauty and skincare industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Data-driven, visionary, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fast learner, team player, and able to adapt in working in a fast-paced environment.
